I fully understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following conditions:

 

The Association is under no obligation to accept all interested volunteers. I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the organization, its employees and affiliates cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury, or problems that may arise from any volunteer work I perform for the organization. As a volunteer of the Oklahoma Golf Association, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures of the organization.

 

Code of Conduct

The Oklahoma Golf Association (OGA) expects all volunteers to act with honesty and integrity and avoid a conflict and/or the appearance of a conflict between personal interests and the interest of the OGA. A volunteer is expected to interact with players, club representatives, staff, fellow committee members and our associates in a friendly and positive manner. A volunteer may be removed from any competition, meeting, event or committee at the discretion of OGA staff, Executive Committee, or committee chairman in the event the committee member does not adhere to the code of conduct. Incidents of unbecoming conduct or actions or circumstances which may be deemed to be detrimental to the image of the Oklahoma Golf Association or the “Spirit of the Game” will be considered grounds for dismissal from the volunteer committee and/or removal from the event.
